I believe nutrition should help people live better, not simply eat better.

Whether it's maintaining strength as we age, managing a chronic health condition, improving nutritional status, or building a healthier relationship with food, good nutrition has the ability to improve quality of life in meaningful ways.

As an Accredited Practising Dietitian, I am passionate about helping people navigate these challenges with practical, evidence-based guidance that fits into everyday life. My approach is centred on understanding the individual, their goals and their circumstances before developing strategies that are realistic, sustainable and personalised.

Working across diverse healthcare settings has reinforced the importance of meeting people where they are. There is no single approach that works for everyone, which is why I believe nutrition care should be flexible, collaborative and tailored to each person's needs.

I am particularly passionate about healthy ageing and longevity, helping individuals maintain the strength, confidence and independence that allow them to continue doing the things that matter most to them.
